"We had a very good stay - room is small, but it was enough for us (1 adult and 1 child). Some things were a bit dated, but overall very well equipped for what it is, including bedsheets, towels, shower gel, kitchen utensils etc. Shower was very good (pressure, temperature) which is great after a day of skiing. Mobile reception was quite patchy, so WiFi would have been very useful (it wasn't available). Parking was a bit inconvenient as it's just street parking, outside the apartment complex -...

"Por empezar, para hacer check in adelantado, tenía que avisar 24h antes, y me enviaron esa información el mismo día. Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. El personal educado, y la limpieza...
