For rent for holidays, weekends or bridges small town house in Estavar (the Nice Cerdan) in the French Cerdanya. 1mn from Llivia, 5m from the border and Puigcerda (train station), 1200m above sea level. Close to ski resorts (Font Romeu, Cambre d’Aze, Les Angles, Porté, La Molina, Massella), it has 3 bedrooms, a baby bed, fireplace, terrace.
Access by national roads 116 and 20 on the French side, Cadí tunnel, C-16 and N-260 on the Spanish side.
It is also rented for a fortnight or month, ask for prices.

Maison avec 3 petites chambres

La maison est fraîche l'été dans le petit séjour. C'est calme, en retrait de la rue, dans une ruelle au coeur du village. Beaucoup de fenêtres, c'est bien équipé. Dommage que les meubles des chambres ne puissent pas recevoir les bagages des voyageurs, tant ils sont remplis de draps, de linge de maison. D'un côté, il est appréciable que le linge de maison soit fourni, mais durant notre semaine de vacances, on n'a pas pu vider nos valises qui restaient dans le passage. L'espace libre de la penderie a accueilli le dessus de lit inutile durant l'été. Le parquet de l'étage est très bruyant. Les uniques wc sont dans la salle de douche au niveau 1. A 5 personnes, c'est déjà bien plein pour ce petit chalet. Nous avons bien profité de la petite terrasse. Mais quand une personne dort sur le canapé du palier, cela entrave tout accès à la terrasse. Mais tout compte fait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Même s'il est un peu petit, ce gîte à tout d'un grand et est mieux équipé que beaucoup d'autres. Vaisselle très correcte, serviettes de toilettes, torchons, draps, bois etc... tout est fourni sans supplément.

Una Estancia Perfecta

Una casa pequeña, confortable y recogida; sin lujos pero bien equipada y tranquila. Los 6 adultos que fuimos estuvimos estupendamente sin estrecheces y podríamos haber estado cinco días más sin problemas. La zona absolutamente maravillosa y tranquila al ser verano, en invierno con las pistas seguramente sea más bullicioso el pueblo y alrededores. La atención de los amos exquisita tambien...muy recomendable!

Le logement est petit mais fonctionnel, avec 3 vraies chambres indépendantes. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine pour une famille. Seul bémol, le logement est difficile à chauffer quand il fait très froid dehors. La cheminée est bien appréciable du coup. Merci pour l'accueil sympathique de Gerard et Felisa.
