Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!

Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved.

It was a great B&B in the middle of the Itria Valley and with fantastic facilities! The managers are lovely people and the breakfast buffet is scrumptious! Great amenities and a 5-min drive from Rocorotondo. You have stunning views over the valley from the property with trulli and the countryside. I highly recommend it!

Great pool and spacious rooms.

This is a family run property and it was very clean, rooms were very well presented and the pool was very clean with fresh towels to use poolside. Available Robes and Flip Flops and shampoo / conditioners. And aromatherapy oils for the inside Jucuzzi / Bath. Breakfast was amazing from fresh fruits / juices /local breads / pastries and amazing fresh cooked omelette. Had a wonderfully relaxing week at this hotel. A truly beautiful property with a fantastic pool. All of the staff were so friendly and really looked after us, particularly Valentina on the reception desk. Breakfast was good including a range of pastries and cakes but we really enjoyed the evening meals at the property which were from a limited menu, but varied daily and such high quality. We had a great stay here and couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The room was perfect for us, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. Staff went out of their way to help us and always with a smile. The spa is beautiful but sadly we ran out of time so didn’t use it. Hopefully next time!

We chose the hotel as it was conveniently located if you are driving. It was about 15 mins walk into the old town so not too far. The hotel is very modern with comfy beds and lots of hi tech gadgets. Excellent breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. It's immaculate in every respect. If there's one thing that's better the hotel condition, decor and location then it's the people who look after you when during your stay. They are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. We are already planning a return visit.

Stunning setting with a fantastic pool area, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and although they didn’t state on their menus that there are kids options, as they are published that evening when the chef has completed it, they do. Firstly and despite the magnificent building , tower, interior court yard , for us the stand out experience was the staff.
