Struttura moderna, con una piscina riservata è lontana da occhi indiscreti. Letto comodissimo, se proprio V dovessi migliorare qualcosa curerei maggiormente la colazione: no miele in buste monodose ma barattolo in vetro, più prodotti tipici della Puglia e non le solite torte

Hotel molto ben organizzato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Al mattino si può usufruire di una colazione abbondante e con una vasta scelta di prodotti(cornetti, frutta fresca, ciambelle e panini con salumi). Le camere molto pulite e accoglienti peccato per il wifi perché c'era un guasto Nel complesso un hotel molto buono lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Schönes Hotel

Der Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen wurde vom Personal stets mit grosse Mühe sehr angenehm gestaltet. Freundliches Personal und sehr hervorkommend. Das Hotel befindet sich an der Peripherie des Ortes, man erreicht aber zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten das Zentrum. Leider fanden wir den Frühstück furchtbar langweilig, es gab in den 2 Wochen immer das selbe, es wurde nie eine Abwechslung eingeführt, trotz mehrmaliges darauf hinweisen. Öfters waren bestimmte Lebensmittel wie z. B. Müsli oder Naturjoghurt nicht mehr vorrätig und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Der Service sollte beim Frühstücken den Kunden mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken und von sich nachfragen, ob noch Kaffee oder Tee gewünscht wird, auch das Buffet sollte im Auge behalten und nachgefüllt werden, wenn nötig. Würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn das Frühstück aufgebessert wird.

Good hotel

This hotel is quite new with good facilities, the room was comfortable and clean. Just a ten minute walk takes you to the centre. The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was disappointing with croissants and pastries that were stale and no fresh coffee served (this was the only hotel we have stayed at in Italy where this has happened) to add to this the waiter didn't acknowledge us and disappeared for ages leaving guests waiting for items to be replenished and when we asked for fresh coffee he just looked at us and then disappeared outside on his phone and failed to return. Our complaint to reception was handled well but this lets the hotel down when other staff are working hard for their guests.

It as a nice Hotel, It was very clean just the decor was a little exaggerated for me. but nice. as for the AC ( problem in all italy) or americans it didn't work , but my italian friends who are not use to ac said they felt it.

Ottimo hotel

La stanza era come ci aspettavamo e anche se abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte siamo stati benissimo, il personale è stato disponibile e gentile, la colazione è stata ottima e abbondante.
