Great location hotel with safe car parking. Pool looked good and we did use the free laundry services which worked well. The reception gentleman was very friendly on check in and the other two gentleman, Donald and the young man from Delhi were very efficient and helped with our issues. Rooms were comfy with water replenished daily but be aware a partial Seaview for us was one where on a higher floor you could see, if you looked out of a side window, over the houses at the front of the hotel. Very large room but it was rather bare and empty looking. Pleasant view towards dock and Spinnakers. Breakfast was ok but rather repetitive, bread pudding pleasant but unusual, would have enjoyed the option of ham or bacon.
