"This was such a beautiful and unique hotel, so beautifully maintained! From the moment we walked in it was such a wonderful feeling. Breakfast was great and started our day off perfectly. We would take our coffee and tea down to the sunroom in the front to relax and plan our day. I loved the woodwork and little sitting areas scattered around that just wanted to make you curl up with a book and savour the quiet. The kitchenette area in our room great though we didn’t really use it, other than the fridge. Lots of parking and always great suggestions for what to see, where to eat, and things to do! Thank you for everything!"

"Got there two hours before check in time. Our room was ready however they wanted to charge $30.00 for early check in. I never paid an early check in charge and told them so. They took all my check in info but I had to wait two hours to get the room key. There are many other options in Charlottetown so I will not be staying with Rodd Hotels next time."

"Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. "

"There was no breakfast (even though it was advertised) we had a jacuzzi tub room but there was hardly any soap, only stuff for the shower. Pool closed early. Furniture in the room was stained and pretty dingy. "
