The only slight downsides were; the matress was really firm/hard and there is no parking at the hotel with the long stay car park being a 5 minute walk but other than that it was fantastic. "Very walkable. Rooms were very large and well equipped. Very nice bathrooms. Quiet at night. Staff were very helpful. It is a very busy hotel - several groups arrived while we were there but they handled it efficiently. Spa area was good - smallish, but nice. Beds were comfortable. "
