Comfortable king bed, nice pillows. Breakfast changes day to day, not much but different. Staff friendly. 3 fast elevators. Stayed 6 days attending trade show at Javits Center 3 blocks away. Stayed here many times in the past, biggest difference is Element has biggest rooms compared to all business hotels in the area or NYC hotels in general.
