"Great location on one of the few quieter streets in Thamel. Super friendly staff that will make you feel at home during your stay. My favorite feature was the rooftop, which one of the highest in Thamel, and great for soaking up the scenary of mountains and some glorious sunshine - also with it being the highest up there privacy is very well established too. Ruchana and Sanjay were phenomenal managers and will ensure you are comfortable and well settled. "

But while reaching to hotel , it was closed and under maintance.so we are not able to stay there. I asked with hotel mgmt and they said sorry. But what will be about my payment is unknown. "No bathrobes or slippers as stated in room spec. No towels either so i had to request them and then i got two wet towels. You had to ask everything what tine is breakfast, where do i go to eat it. They didnt tell me there was a power cut so i was tryng to get the tv to work for 20 minutes. Spec say two restaurants but i only saw one and an employee told me they dont do dinner. Wifi didnt work upstairs so had to sit in reception, again had to ask what is the code then why doesnt it work....
