"Magnificent traditional hotel overlooking Inle lake. Serene and calm. Staff were smiley, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The gardens and estate were immaculate. A massage at the spa was worth every penny. Food was delicious and varied. Attention to detail second to none. I couldn’t recommend more! 10/10 & 5 stars. will 100% go back to this little slice of heaven "

And I so wish I could stay at the Chatrium again in the future, because pretty much everything was perfect. The only problem is some highly inappropriate material displayed in the main reception area, and so in good conscience I cannot ever stay at this fine hotel in the future. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar. "
