This hotel is simply perfection, accommodation,service, food and gardens marvellous

Its difficult to find superlatives that match the enjoyment we had at the Albatroz. Its a stunning location and everything was right from the check-in to the check-out. The staff at the Hotel have a value set and desire to provide service that is matched only by 5 star establishments, and in my estimation this certainly is a 5 star Hotel. We plan to return, and frankly cant wait to do so. Go and enjoy!!

Just the most tranquil, and wonderful stay.

The most welcoming and kind hearted host! We arrived late and she was so accomodating, great communications and made us feel at home instantly. The room was spotless and furnished with everything you would want - lovely welcome gifts also! Wish we could have stayed longer! Great location for PR1 sunrise hike the next morning. Keep an eye out for the goats!

The staff are courteous and friendly and helpful. If they were unable to help directly they could always advise where you might get the help you needed. We enjoyed our stay but did find a big disadvantage that as it was 3-4 miles inland from the express way on very difficult roads you didn't want to go into the town after dark. I stayed at the Savoy Signature from the 7th to 10th October. The hotel is immaculate and the room size is perfect. A special thanks to Jessica Abreu who decorated our hotel room following my proposal to my girlfriend. I would happy stay again!

Only 18 rooms, all clean and new in a purpose built extension, with large open stairways and lobbies filled with art work. The staff are situated in an office which is tucked away as opposed to a large hotel reception desk in a lobby. They were very helpful should you need them, but it was easy to never see them at all, which gave the impression of staying in private apartments. Good property

This small hotel is on the North of the Madeira which is much quieter and unspoiled than the Funchal side. It is in a wonderful location with stunning views of the mountains and sea and as it is a bit cooler after dark the staff light a real fire which was very romantic. One downside is its a bit out of the way so you do need to hire a car if you want to stay here.

The rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. Some lovely welcoming surprises, flowers, fruit, wine and chocolates. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel situated opposite a large shopping centre.

We loved the location and rooftop pool of this stay, in Madeira. The room was simple, but clean and we enjoyed the amenities. Staff weren’t too friendly and the breakfast was quite limited, but we enjoyed the room and found a great local restaurant to eat at that evening (Restaurant a Chave).
