Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!

Just add a pool and it’s perfection although it already is. Staff was amazing and the room was the best for the price aswell. Could not ask for a better place to have had my proposal

Great place to stay for a short break. Easy to get the the lakes-Como,Milano & Bergamo. Monza itself is so lovely & laid back. Don't miss the Royal Palace & its grounds right opposite. Minutes on the train to Milan,for a visit and some shopping! Hotel staff are just amazing, nothing is too much trouble. So friendly,great breakfast, would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A bed was provided for our 12 year old son as we requested, so catering for families doesn't present any issues.The Jersey Mob

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. Brilliant for getting around Milan, 5 minutes from metro and centrale train station and buses to airports. Hotel staff are lovely, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Really great feeling about hotel. Staff particularly helpful and friendly. Can you book me a taxi?. Can you find me a decent restaurant? Can I have extra towels?. Everything answered quickly and politely, some five star hotels would do well to be this polite. If you are used to five star hotels, this will not disappoint. Rooms very clean, good size, pool beds really excellent, food and drinks excellent and very reasonably priced.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. Modern hotel on outskirts of city but easy access to centre by bus or tram. Excellent spacious rooms; high standard. Pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended

The location of the hotel is good and safe. But the hardware needs to be further improved, eg the room could be noisy at night when tram passed by even when all windows were closed. One of the keycards could not be used to control the lift or open the room door.
