Second wonderful stay at the Crown - Fantastic room with rolltop bath, separate shower, lovely big comfortable bed and plenty of space. Very welcoming and friendly staff but beware the stairs! Right in the centre of this beautiful old market town with numerous independent shops, restaurants and pubs, so we'll definitely be back...

The perfect place to relax and unwind- the staff are excellent and special mention to Becky and Millie on reception- food superb and location is idyllic with views over rolling shire’s countryside. The luxury rooms are beautiful and worth paying the extra for.

Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

We loved the feel of the place , it was like been on holiday sitting outside in the courtyard drinking freshly made coffee . The staff went above and beyond and were very helpful and friendly . We will be going back .

Very happy with stay,had a meal in the restaurant which we both enjoyed,and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Loved the room,if we are in the area again will definitely stay there again. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 1 night and pleasantly suprised. Nice staff, nice rooms and nice spa. Bed in the room was just a double, felt quite small, but still very comfortable. Impressed and great value for money, glad we booked Rushton Hall.

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Absolutely amazing the room was just brill,the pool was so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful,staff were friendly and helpful, food was pricey but what do you expect with such an amazing place,we will defiantly be going back
