The hotel is very peaceful, fully equiped, staff are execellent and attentive from the moment you step into our hotel transfer till the moment we left for our home. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, breakfast was fantastic with multiply choices. We were taught on how to play a game called petanque, we throughly enjoyed the competition with the Hotels staff. We left with fond memories.

We really liked the location. It was across the river from everything, so quiet, yet convenient. The staff and owners were very kind. The pool is lovely, but since the weather was cool, we did not swim. Great breakfasts!!

We had a wonderful time at Hillside Lodge. It is in stunning countryside (note there is a slightly bumpy 20-30 minute drive from Luang Prabang but we found this to be an added part of the adventure) with a great pool to cool down in either after a days activity or to relax around all day. The team are amazing and weren’t super helpful in arranging transfers and activities. This hotel is quite magical. The service is genuine and impeccable and the style is in harmony with Laos. I loved it here and it made the visit complete.

Great room, view and staff were very helpful

Lovely staff. Beautiful room and good food in the restaurant. Very close to many sites and bikes for exploring further. They also offer a lift in a golf cart to nearby restaurants.

Amazing riverside resort.

Beautiful hotel with rooms overlooking the Mekong River. Rooms are lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable with balcony. Swimming pool also beautiful (but bear in mind there are about 150 steps to get to it!). We had dinner at the hotel which was very nice and bfast was set, probably because we had an early transfer. Hotel rooms and views are so beautiful, i wish we'd stayed a few more days. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious enough, clean and very comfy with lots of natural lighting.

Clean and spacious basic room with large comfortable bed - some may find it hard but I found it excellent - with good bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner/staff. Easy walk through market to main street - beware though - market closes up around 6.30pm. Definitely a lovely guest house

Very nice new hotel. Not much locally, ATM - borrow cycle from hotel and pleasant 60 min return journey, bank for currency exchange as well and thats it. Food at hotel pleasant, WatPhou and 4000 islands can be visited from hotel. I visited in dry season so waterfalls were short of water.

5 star settings right in the middle of a national park. Beautiful and thoughtfully created huts, good sized rooms, clean, hygienic toilets. Recommended

I was able to make very good memories with Pullman Luang Prabang. The large grounds, the beautiful room pool, the correspondence of the staff was also kind and comfortable. The spa will make you look like a dream very well.

Booked this hotel because of the good reviews. Was not disappointed. Alex & Daisy were the perfect hosts. So friendly, always smiling and couldn't do enough for everyone. Stayed 3 nights. Would definitely stay there agai.

A fabulous place. Well maintained, well run & the staff were super helpful & organised. Trips were good value, and also there is enough to do in the local area to while away a good few days. We stayed 4 & could easily have stayed longer. Restaurant was good, plus a local alternative just 10 mins walk away for an excellent value change of scene. Bikes available too. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in superb setting

Beautiful setting, large pool in a huge garden. Very friendly service. Short ride to town centre, free shuttle, though taxi is cheap enough. Very peaceful and comfortable.
