Found several long hairs in bathroom and on dining table which is gross. Bedsheet was rough stretchy material. No soap on arrival and I had to request it from the host. "The apartment is lovely and looks exactly like the photos. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the concierge service was attentive and helpful. We also received a brochure about the town by email, which was a nice touch. The hydrotherapy bath was great and perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. Overall, this was a very good choice for a stay in Rouen. 😊"

"We have travelled a great deal over the years and we've both stayed in many hotels. This was the best hotel I have stayed in for quietness, friendly staff and location. We had a 3 bed room which was large enough and surprisingly it had a fridge/freezer, sink, small cooker, plenty of cupboard space and very comfortable beds. The room was soundproofed and there were no disturbing sounds like banging doors and that annoying door click that many hotels have. Plenty of sleep was had by all. We couldn't have hoped for better."

"We needed a hotel to arrive late and get a few hours sleep before the next leg of our journey and this was ideal. Very reasonably priced, easily accessible from the motorway, secure car park and friendly staff when we checked in at around midnight. Rooms were small but clean and had all we need. Breakfast was a small buffet but again, had all we need to get the day underway."
