A basic but clean apartment which suited our needs as 5 people travelling and only staying 1 night. Easy to walk into town and supermarket close by. Only quirk is you can't park in car park until you've checked in so have to find somewhere on the street.

Great place to stay, apartment with kitchen. Not easy to find the reception, need to call on door interphone on the main entrance all reception and take elevator to. No parking available, but there is free parking near the hotel about 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Very convenient to see the town. Clean but very basic. For example, I had to go out and buy hand soap for the bathroom and we had to make up the sofa bed to sleep on. Check-in was complicated due to reception being closed when we arrived but manageable by reaching them on the phone. Parking in the garage was not available, which was disappointing, but we found street parking. I found out one night stay stressful.

Basic apartment with all we needed. They dont provide washing up liquidand sponge. No fans available, so very hot. About 20. Minute walk to city centre. I forgot my purse in the draw, when i returned, the receptionist helped me look for it, it was intact.

travelled 7 hours with lot of luggage in our roof box only to be told that the secure parking was no longer available. Despite the parking gate apparently being broken the day before the property made no attempt to inform us until 2 hour before we arrived and had no other option but to park on the street. When we asked about a refund en transit so that we could find somewhere with secure parking the property ignored us

Appartement très correct. La Clim serait un plus : température minimum 24,7 degrés alors qu’il faisait 20/25 degrés à l’extérieur. Un kit (produit vaisselle une éponge et un torchon) serait appréciable (sinon prévenir les résidents qu’ils doivent les prévoir. ) Enfin une housse sur la couette serait indispensable. Accueil très sympathique. Hôtel bien situé. Aucun doute ces détails seront vite résolus.

L'hébergement était très correct et tout s'est très bien passé pour la remise des clés. Le parking en sous-sol est également un plus même si nous nous sommes un peu perdu dans le garage pour en sortir et trouver les ascenseurs nous amenant directement dans la résidence. De plus, le deuxième soir et le dernier matin, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour la douche. Certes, il faisait chaud, très chaud même mais la douche à l'eau froide, bien que cela soit revigorant a été un peu compliquée !

Personnellement moi de mon côté je suis très satisfait.la salle de bain nikel bien propre, la petite cuisine très bien aménagée frigo lave-vaisselle micro-ondes petite bouilloire évier meuble de rangement et tout le contenu plas assiette les couverts les verres tasse bolle mis à disposition. Petite table à manger avec 4 chaises bien confortable. Canapé avec petit table basse et la télévision. Grande chambre on peux probablement mettre 2 lit double dans la même pièce. Franchement le jour que je suis de passage à Rouen je retournerai dans cette hôtel sans hésitation. Sans oublié le parking privé réservé pour les clients de l'hôtel. Je recommande cette hôtel à mon entourage...
