"The shuttle service was great the hotel rooms are nice but I will say this I stayed in the upper section of the resort room 16 and it’s a hike up the stairs to the room but view was fantastic the real part that bothered me is the toliet it wouldn’t take paper so how do ya wipe ya butt :) other then that resort is great very low key relaxed and staff are allways nice and attentive "

""I wanted to share feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic! The 'All Inclusive package' was a great value, but the food quality didn't quite match up. Specifically, the bread and pizza options felt repetitive and stale, and the salad bar was often depleted without timely refills. Guests were looking to let loose, but the vibe fell flat 🙁. One night of entertainment isn't enough – live music or shows can really make the experience. On the bright side, the beach was stunning and truly relaxing 😊. To elevate the experience, I'd love to see more varied and freshly prepared food options, and live music or entertainment . Hope this helps enhance future guests' stays!""

"Two mornings in row very little hot water then to get that had to run 100 gals down drain. I get started early may have been part of it. They have spent a ton of money on facility it seemed very clean and the grounds were very well kept. "The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. They could never answer any of our questions and they did not know anything about the events happening at the resort. I think the reception desk should be the go to, to get your questions answered. There were a couple of staff members trying to get people involved over the week with yoga, zumba, etc. but there was very little participation. The nightly music was not the best. If you want good music, travel down the beach to the other resorts. They had some really good music. "

"The staff here are so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. We liked how it was away from the noise of West Bay, but still on the beach and a few minute walk to small stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great cocktails at the bar and yummy food at the restaurant. The pool is very shallow - suitable for young children. This is a laid back place with everything you need- not a fancy 5 star resort. But it is clean, comfortable, safe and on the sea. Great home base for exploring Roatan. "
