The grounds are very well maintained and the ground around the pools never gets hot. The concierge was very helpful, booking us a snorkeling trip and providing other helpful information. The one downfall (no fault of Las Verandas) was the no-see-ums, so bring bug spray and use it!"

The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff were warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We absolutely would return. The room was a good standard. The only drawback was i thought I'd booked a room with a kitchenette, but i hadn't. That was my mistake and if i returned i would opt for that next time. There was a small fridge but for a two week stay, we could have benefited from a a kitchen. Other than that. Truly wonderful wiho the reef no the doorstep!

A beautiful resort with amazing amenities, a beautiful beach front, high end finishes and great service. The service was a bit slow at times but the staff were wonderful. All restaurants were good. We had a great dinner at Alera, with great appetites appetisers, cocktails and premium steaks. The spa was also very beautiful and had great treatments and massages, however the prices for the Spa are a bit steep, considering you already a guest at the hotel, I think they should offer better prices....
