One downside that really impacted my experience was the condition of the pool. After a few days, it became noticeably cloudy and appeared uncleaned. I overheard a staff member mention that no one had come to clean it in days, which was honestly off-putting and made me avoid the pool for the rest of the trip. Overall, I had a good stay, but I do hope the resort takes better care in maintaining the cleanliness of shared amenities like the pool in the future.
