"Great location and responsive host. The condo is just a short walk from West Bay. So you can be right in the thick of the busy area when you want. And can take a 15min walk to reach the main snorkeling section of West Bay. Also able to access West End easily by water taxi. However, if you want to chill, there is a nice little area right in front of the condo. Kevin was responsive to all questions and helped arrange transport to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again."

"The condo is very well appointed and with all that most people would need. It is up at the top of a hill so you need good legs or a vehicle. We had a car but sometimes we walked down to the beach and if we didn’t feel like walking up the hill we would get a cab for a couple of bucks. You will like it here."

"We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Roatan at this beachfront locale. Sunsets were spectacular! Everything was as described and comfortable with all we needed to live on for our long stay. The BBQ was a necessity for us as we enjoyed grilling the fish provided by the local fish monger. We thoroughly enjoyed being on the ocean and were snorkeling or swimming each and every day. The snorkeling is a short swim offshore and recommended - remember to bring a safety float. Conrad and Maritza were helpful...

"Travis and Trish had a beautiful place up in the hill looking at the ocean, the place is quiet, the room was perfect for our long stay, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We walked almost everyday to Luna beach and from there to West Bay or the west end. We loved our stay here. The owners were very helpful and understanding, the gave us rides when needed and accommodated us. We definitely will stay here again."

"Me and my Husband had such a great stay at the Jolly Octopus house! The view is literally worth everything. You are literally 5 steps from the beach. I appreciate the new sliding doors that were installed so you can see out to the ocean. Conrad and Dwayne were amazing hosts. I recommend to book with Conrad 100% if you are visiting the island. I know he has other properties as well in Roatan. Thanks again for the amazing stay!"
