We were met at the airport by hotel staff. Took the shuttle and our bags were waiting for us at the cabin on the small island. Room was fantastic, right on the snorkeling beach. Very clean, comfortable bed. The resort has a fantastic dining area and exceptionally friendly staff. Food was delicious, fresh and quick. Perry, Steven, Erick and Marcos in the dining area were courteous and welcoming. Part of the resort has a separate island with the option to swim with the dolphins, and the boat drivers Connor and Kevin were great. Managers Yolanda and Melloney were awesome! Coming back from a snorkeling trip on a rocking boat that caused me motion sickness for 3 days was not acceptable. Had we known it would have been $600 a night we would have booked elsewhere. This also didn’t include any meals or drinks, so didn’t make sense to charge so much.
