"Very helpful in organising bus for us to Sa Pa for next morning. They rushed to get us some early breakfast before 6:30am, which was greatly appreciated. Very nice, clean and perfect location (right inside the old quarter). We can reach anywhere by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to ask anything. Highly recommended!"

"It is located at the old quarter and is accessible to all like food stalls, coffee shops, fruits along the street and Bahn Mi everywhere…♥️♥️♥️ The rooms are cozy and huge. Our breakfast was yummy aside from the array of food lining up in the buffet table, they have other menu that you can order upon eating like sunny side up eggs, pancakes, Phó and Bahn Mi and others."

"Awesome stay here. Room was very clean and beds super comfy! Roof top bar and pool were incredible! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. We had a tour booked for early one morning before breakfast opened and they packed us our breakfast in a lunch box and made us a coffee for to take which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend! One small note - the bathroom didn’t have a fan so it got very steamy. Would definitely stay again. Great location! "

"An amazing service in an amazing location! We'd managed to accidentally double book, but the staff offered to refund one, even though they didn't have to! Breakfast was exceptional, massive choice and quality. We also dined in their Saigon restaurant, which is well worth a visit. Take mozzy spray, the lake does attract these unfortunately - the hotel does have plug-in repellents and flyscreens on the patio doors, but the odd one will still get in. The views and room are worth the risk, so don't let this put you off!"
