The property is exceptionally quiet and a great break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hotel food was very good and reasonably priced. Cocktails by the pool were made well and not watered down like some resorts do. Luxury Bungalow was a good size bed was a huge king. I would recommend this resort, value for Money is good.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The complimentary bikes made it easy and enjoyable to get around, and the atmosphere was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were amazing throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were fortunate to experience a traditional dance performance at the resort, which was a real highlight, and seeing the fireflies in the evening made the experience even more memorable. The location was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.

Great location with beautiful site. Rooms were very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. We rented a scooter at the hotel premise and visited hot spring, waterfall and villages.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The most wunderfull mountain resort, a beautiful drive from Hanoi. Very kind service and good local food. Amazing pool. We had three wunderfulls nights.
