"The staffs are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and in a safe neighborhood. There are grocery stores nearby and have many restaurants in the area as well. The transportation go to Paris by train and subways are pretty convenience. But the breakfast had not many options and had no fresh fruits and vegetables. "

When I came back, the sign was offf my door and the bed had been made. The odd thing is the cleaning staff didn’t do anything else - my coffee wasn’t refilled, towels not adjusted - confused why housekeeping would come in when it shows on my door not to and then once inside only make my bed? Odd. Great location if you are doing business in La defense. So close to the metro line which was helpful to get into the city centre and airport. "

"The building was a little hard to differentiate from the other hotel in the same parking lot. Taxi and delivery drivers were confused a few times. More food was available but not put out until we had eaten the few things available. Our room was very clean and the floor was quiet despite being almost completely full. "

"We arrived very late to our hotel. It’s not close enough to walk to from the eiffel tower. However you can see the tower from our room. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast staff was very nice too. The room was unique. It had a very nice balcony. You must have your own shampoo and conditioner. It was confortable for 1 night. PROS: price for location and balcony view CONS: not super clean, nor super dirty. "

"The stay was very nice, the location was great to get to central Paris and the surrounding area. The nearest Metro station is a longer walk then it appeared so keep that in mind. Also the air conditioning in the room was not great, especially with the severe heatwave at the time. "

"The location was fabulous. A city playground in front of the hotel was the best surprise! Breakfast was outstanding. I could watch my son playing on the playground from the front window, a great start to the day. Cleanliness and simple parking garage access were also a pleasant surprise. "
