PROS: price for location and balcony view CONS: not super clean, nor super dirty. "

"The stay was very nice, the location was great to get to central Paris and the surrounding area. The nearest Metro station is a longer walk then it appeared so keep that in mind. Also the air conditioning in the room was not great, especially with the severe heatwave at the time. "
