"I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. "A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau. Interrogé, le réceptionniste nous a dit que cela faisait trois semaines. Il a dit que si on voulait se laver, on n'avait qu'à le faire dans la piscine. Puis ils nous a donner un pack d'eau. Nous donner un hôtel où il n'y a pas d'eau pour l'hygiène, c'est une honte. "The rooms and hotel grounds were clean and well kept. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Beautiful Resort! "

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
