"I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. "A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau. Interrogé, le réceptionniste nous a dit que cela faisait trois semaines. Il a dit que si on voulait se laver, on n'avait qu'à le faire dans la piscine. Puis ils nous a donner un pack d'eau. Nous donner un hôtel où il n'y a pas d'eau pour l'hygiène, c'est une honte. "Room was good. Check was lengthy as clerk at desk finally greeted us after a 12 min wait because she was consulting with her colleague (supposedly). The coffee maker was disgusting as a filter had been left in it for what I think was weeks. Showed the clerk but all she did was take a pic. Never sent anyone to come clean it so was unusable. "On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

"Our beach bungalow was just perfect. Very private the only people walking by were other guests in the other bungalows. We had breakfast included always a lot of fresh choices. The same with dinner. We eat dinner 4 nights and the menu was always different. The only thing I might say negative was we weren’t told that you need to put one of your room keys in the card slot inside the room to get the electric to come on. Once figured out all was great. "

"The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00\. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet."
