Booked this hotel because of the rating, and it was nice - but I had two complaints. First, the walls all looked like the walls of a subpar hotel. Patched places and creepy lines between the panels of wallpaper. So bizarre because everything else was beautiful. And two- no key drop box so I stood waiting to hand over my hotels keys for a good ten minutes while another hotel guest bought water bottles with cash (because the front desk person and the guest debated whether it was easier to charge...

Great hotel, the outside area was very relaxing. Particularly liked the smooth concrete ceiling in the bedroom. Menu a little limited and shame they charge for parking..

The best location…. Wonderful room

This is a good hotel but rooms facing the main road do suffer from traffic noise.

Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfy and I had a great nights sleep. I had breakfast at this hotel and it was lovely and plentiful, very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Atlanta.

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and continuously asked us if we needed anything. A very much recommended hotel.

Good facilities, large room with excellent bathroom

The big issue is finding the building - the signage is hidden by trees and not seen by driving by and a long way off the highway. Reception at the hotel acknowledged this is a problem for travellers new to the area/hotel. Once in the hotel the facilities were good.

We had a clean room with comfortable beds.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Kit and all the amazing staff at Callaway resort and spa for making our stay so special. We were lucky enough to stay in the lodge Hotel and a cottage during our visit to the USA. The cottages are beautiful and set in the pine forest and their swimming pools are amazing. First stop on a road trip. We have stayed here before it was Hilton. Rooms have been nicely modernised. Rooftop bar is a great addition. We like this location close to Warehouse Row and ChooChoo bars and restaurants but also nice easy and flat walk to riverfront and river arts district is lovely.

Great communication with the front desk especially Shirley who really went out of her way to make both my stays really enjoyable.
