Great location, beautiful artwork, facilities of a 5 star hotel in a homely guest house. Local produce at breakfast and a well stocked honesty bar. Hosts are attentive and lots of information for travellers. Can’t wait to return.

We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. We had a great stay. The staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the food was good, and it was very peaceful. It's a £10 cab ride to get anywhere though, so keep that in mind if that kind of thing bothers you and you're not driving (they always came quickly though).

The property location is stunning right on the Elie Beach. Staff were excellent and friendly and the food was fabulous. Will definitely return.

Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware,this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . Other than that the hotel is still somewhere we would happily recommend for position, comfort and the amazing staff

Girlfriends 24th birthday so we stayed in the junior suite and it is one of the best views and rooms I have ever stayed in.

Great location, really friendly and professional staff. Hotel is very clean with wonderful views of the sea. Breakfast was served on the bistro with lots of high quality options.

Stunning castle, with all the services (swimming pool, gym, soft play) included! Plus you can go on horse riding, excluded for the services but worth a visit. kids loved it and for grown up so peaceful.

Arrived late but was attended to out of hours and the staff were helpful and nice throughout.
