Prana Lodge has a great location above a long quiet beach backed a sand dunes, the food is excellent , the rooms are spacious and luxurious and the staff and owner are very friendly.

The isolation, the great staff and the animals made it a great safari dtay. Not to mention the food and drink

We booked this hotel in very short order and were not disappointed. Once inside the gate it is an oasis of greenery and calm. It's quite a transition from wide open non-descript street to find yourself parking by huge rubber plants and beautiful established gardens. Forest Hall is our “go to” place to stay in Port Elizabeth. Staff and management are wonderful, the setting is lovely and the rooms are lovely!

A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the amazing weather and beautiful surroundings. Excellent clean and well designed accommodation, professional friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you and ensure you enjoy your stay. Dune Ridge is situated in its own fenced grounds and so is very quiet and secure. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. Dinner can be taken at the property and was excellent as was breakfast. Plenty of choice of wines.

We have found it hard to find 4*+ accommodation in the Ndlande/Port Alfred area. This is great. Well trained friendly and effective staff and a manager who never seems to rest. Very nice facilities. Good location close to town and the beach. Quiet location next to the gold course. Felt safe and secure at all times. Once you have seen the big sights of South Africa, this is a nice part of the country to spend a week or two.

An excellent facility. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was very spacious and breakfast was excellent. Nice views over the town. This was the first small guest house we had stopped in and would certainly recomend it.

Hotel wasn't busy at all when we stayed, it was only for one night but it is during their winter. Beautiful hotel, we treated ourselves to the presidential suite for our honeymoon but it was very well priced! Staff were great and so accommodating.

Incredible experience with world class service

We had a wonderful stay at Hitgeheim Country Lodge. The road in is a little rough, but as it is an eco reserve, that is to be expected and part of the experience. The reward is the wildlife along the way, and we were lucky enough to encounter some zebras. We chose a room with a private pool, which was absolutely beautiful and made our stay feel extra special. We loved the port provided and enjoyed a delicious Taste of South Africa dinner in the restaurant. A lovely final touch was having our car...

Lovely property with super views over the golf course. The staff were all very pleasant. The local area was pretty and very safe. Unfortunately the golf course restaurant/cafe does not serve food in the evening but we drove into the harbour area for a superb meal.

In summary amazing. Have stayed at some great hotels in the past, but this is one of the best. Great staff, food, service, rooms.... and the added bonus of game drives. Would highly recommend

Great accommodation. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was brilliant for us. Breakfast great also. Claudette who ran the lodge was really helpful and friendly as well.
