"This hotel is broadly very good. I was staying in one of its better rooms and everything in the room was pretty good. The staff were excellent, the breakfast is good and the Ginger Restaurant was a real treat. My only criticisms are 1) that there seems to be an issue with their hot water which means it is tinted yellow and sometimes produces sediment. This is only an issue really if you want to take a bath, but given PE and South Africa do have major water supply issues, this isn't the end of the world as the shower was good. Otherwise, the WiFi wasn't strong enough to connect to my rooms smart TV, meaning I couldn't watch Netflix etc without using my phones hotspot. Again, fairly minor. I would happily stay again."

"Excellent stay in Safari Lodge. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The game drives with Bon Bon were incredible as we saw so many animals and learnt about their behaviours. Each lodge was individually located so you had a strong sense of privacy. We even watched warthogs coming to drink at the water hole from our lodge. The food was very good. My one suggestion for improvement is either to have an indoor toilet near the dining areas or to spray the outdoor toilet with mosquito repellent each morning as the standing water meant it was full of mosquitos in the morning."
