"The rooms are wonderfully decorated. The beds are comfortable with really warm, comforters and soft pillows. The owner is easy to contact, He returns emails almost immediately. He provided a heater when the weather turned really cold. The kitchen and bathrooms are very clean. We loved our stay here and would come back. We would also recommend it to our friends and family."

"The views are ranch terrific of the Ute Mountain and the mesas. the town of Delores and North on hwy 145 are beautiful and fun. Cortez has good places to eat. "
