We had a deluxe ocean view and we overlooked the lagoon and were far from the bustle of Mambo Beach. Everyone spoke several languages so that made everything easy. There is no sandy beach, so don’t expect one — instead, there are stairs that lead directly into the water. This turned out to be a big plus, as snorkeling is right at the hotel, with lots of fish.
