"The hotel is very good and offers a highly enjoyable stay, with several standout features that make it a great choice. Its location is one of its strongest advantages, providing both convenience and easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants, while still maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable, with balcony that add an extra level of enjoyment — perfect for relaxing, enjoying fresh air, or taking in the surrounding views. The beach facilities are excellent, well-organized, and designed for comfort, making it easy to fully enjoy time by the sea. Another big advantage is the free and very convenient parking, which adds great value and makes the stay even more hassle-free, especially for those traveling by car. However, there were a few notable negative experiences. One issue concerns beach sunbeds. In practice, many sunbeds are “reserved” by guests very early in the morning, often from sunrise, simply by placing towels on them. As a result, most beds appear occupied, while in reality many remain unused for hours — sometimes until lunchtime or even the entire day. Although the hotel states that unattended sunbeds should be released after two hours, this rule was not enforced at all during our 5-night stay. This situation significantly affects guests who come to enjoy the sea rather than the pool, and the hotel should address it more seriously — for example, by introducing an online reservation system and assigning staff"

"Stayed in superior room, overall fine. Beds & pillows are worn out, TV was analog, Nespresso coffee maker in room & free in lobby. Beach, bars & activities were great. There is a free bus service daily at 9 am to the grocery store or it can be ordered for you. Use the resort App or WhatsApp for requests. The free wifi was ok. Bring bug spray !"

"Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Willemsted em Punda. Fácil acesso a restaurantes, lanchonetes e farmácias. Próximo a ponte Queen Anne, que nos leva a Otrobanda. Quarto e banheiro confortáveis, Funcionários educados e prestativos. Nota negativa é não ter café da manhã."

"I had high expectations for this all-inclusive hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong moldy smell that never went away, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. On top of that, one of the curtains was broken, which just added to the feeling that the room was poorly maintained and neglected. The AC doesn’t work properly. One night, a building alarm went off in the middle of the night and created a stressful situation. It took about 15 minutes for security to turn it off. There was no sense of urgency or communication with guests during this time. The overall service was also lacking. The majority of the staff appeared unhappy, rarely smiled, and did not create a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Nataly was the ONLY 5 star employee that truly should be used as a model for ALL employees here. The food situation was equally underwhelming. The buffet served nearly identical food every single day, with only one or two items changing. Variety is expected at an all-inclusive resort, and this fell far short. The hibachi restaurant, Hitsimatsu, was particularly concerning. Not only do you have to make reservations, but they consistently run 20–30 minutes late and don’t follow their own fixed menu. More importantly, there were clear cross-contamination issues: the same utensils were used for cooked vegetables..."

"Excepcional lugar Personal SUPER AMABLE. Servicio muy bueno. Tiene playa privada de arena blanca. Mar turquesa lleno de peces donde se puede hacer esnórquel . Mar tranquilo pues está en un canal natural. Suficientes camastros para todos los huéspedes. El lugar estaba lleno y nunca hubo limitaciones. Cuarto es pequeño, pero tiene una terraza grande. Ambiente familiar Muy cerca( walking distance): Aquario Curazao, centro de buceo y centro comercial Mambo y Mambo beach. Tres quejas: Antes de 10:30 am solo se puede desayunar en buffet, el cual es caro. A la carta solo ha desayuno después de esa hora. Eso puede ser un problema. Nuestra habitación 2106, estaba en frente del cuarto para el servicio. Esto hacía mucho ruido temprano en la mañana. Aire acondicionado del cuarto un poco más ruidoso de lo óptimo. A pesar de eso, totalmente recomendado."

"The owners and their staff are what make St. Tropez special. Jamil brings special joy to everything he does. Our rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The pool area is well maintained although the pool itself will soon be renovated. Our breakfasts each morning set us up for a great day. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops."
