The property was run down and unkept, with untidy common areas and dirty dishes left on the kitchen counters and in the sink. The pool was dirty - obviously between cleanings - and the poolhouse looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. I did not receive instructions on how to get into the property in a timely fashion and my boyfriend had to climb the fence...
