"The hotel is located at a great place in Willemstad. You are close to restaurants, stores, the fresh market. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our matters. The cleaning staff was great and did a great job. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It has three restaurants in the building. Cascada on the top floor has very good entertainment and the food was amazing. The rooms were clean. They were still partial in upgrading the room but it did not affect the function or cleanliness of the room. They have security in front of the stairs / elevator. We got to know Oscar very well. He did an amazing job! Thursdays till Sunday Cascada has great entertainment but the music will be loud until 12am. But they warn you before booking. But it did not bother us. Great stay!"
