This was the first hotel that I visited that had a wide variety of activities from aqua aerobics to bingo to dancing in the night. Absolutely enjoyed the activities, the relaxing atmosphere, the delicious food and friendly and polite staff.

I would say everything was just as expected for an 4 star hotel .. only thing that was surprising to me was the room furniture they were very worn out and shout out Macy the Jamaican girl up front wonderful job and housekeeping did great

A nice moderately priced beach resort. It’s not 5-stars. The beach is nice, snorkeling on site is solid, location to Mambo beach was great. The food was average at best. The vibe of the patrons was chill. The alcoholic drink options were less than average. The price for an all-inclusive was excellent.

The property is outdated. My room was large and was tidy, the bathroom was horrific. Difficulty getting into the 3 inside restaurants. Buffet was ok at best. The pros were the location and the staff!!!

My shower water was never hot, the room constantly smelled like sewage, mildew, and poop. However, everything else was fine. The best part about the resort is the people that work there, the alcohol, the beaches, and the ice cream. I cannot say that I would come back to this resort again.

They need to announce restaurant closures and disappointed that they close 2 days per week. The buffet outdoors creates havoc with seating very problematic. The staff are what keep us coming back. Staff was friendly, drinks were good, resort is right on the beach. We had to wait almost every time we went to the buffet or one of the restaurants. Went to the Spa, had a massage and facial, both were wonderful. Resort is in desperate need of renovations though, I don’t think the Hyatt has put any money into it since it was built in the 60’s, the staff do what they can with what they have.
