We had a lovely stay it was a beautiful hotel I will be back

We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

Had the most wonderful stay at Ballyseede castle. Felt totally relaxed with a lovely homely feel. Staff were so nice and food delicious. Lots of rooms to just hang out and enjoy some quiet time . Room was lovely and comfortable with great shower. Beautiful grounds for walking around and just enjoying the castle. Fantastic stay overall.

We were welcomed by Sheila, the co owner who offered tea beside the log fire on our arrival. We shared their lovely home for the booked 2 nights & then stayed an extra one! Breakfast was served by Sean & was at the time requested & of very high standard. On our return after dinner ( at local restaurants) there was an offer of tea or coffee each evening , no matter how late we were. Sean was very helpful & knowledgeable with planning our days out to the Ring of Kerry & evening meals

What a wonderful guest house staff really friendly and helpful. The view from the window was lovely with the rolling hills and the cows in the field breakfast was lovely. Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed the weekend at Alaind Lodge, great for the local area of Sneem where there are cafes, pubs and local attractions. The Lodge itself is spacious and has several areas where guests can relax, the manager is very welcoming and happy to chat and give advice about activities available.

Boutique type hotel. We were very impressed with our room. Amanda and another young girl in the restaurant (attached to the hotel) were excellent and so helpful. Great value for money as breakfast was included. Would definitely recommend.

Large spacious room with good WIFI and lots of TV channel options in various languages. Breakfast included a lot of delicious home made items and the hostess was happy to accommodate any special needs you may have. Village is approx 2km by road and has an excellent rstaurant/bar. Ideal place if you just want tio chill out for a few days. I will certainly book here again when I am next in the area.

From our initial greeting from the concierge to settling our account every member of staff made us feel valued and judged the level of attention just right. The room was very comfortable - great bed, bathroom and view from the windrow. This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of April. The hotel was fabulous & the staff were amazing very friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in a suite, pure luxury! The breakfast was lovely, continental & a full English cooked fresh to order. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We ate in Alfie's restaurant & can highly recommend as the food was lovely. This is very possibly the best place i have ever stayed! The entire place was immaculate. My room was gorgeous. The bed was enormous and super super comfy. The room felt brand new, all the decor was finished to SUCH a high standard. The bar down stairs was exactly what you would want from.an irish pub. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who bent ovwr backwards to accomodate its patrons. Paul in particular was fantastic, tended to my every need. The pizzas, made on site, were out of this world....

Very nice simple place to stay. Very clean. Very quiet. Breakfast was perfect. Bed was quite small and slightly too hard.
