The Dingle Peninsula is one of Ireland’s most beautiful natural areas. Cycle or drive along a scenic route and appreciate the rolling mountains and jagged cliffs. Hike to the summit of Mount Brandon. At over 3,000 feet (1,000 metres) high, the mountain trek is considered moderate to difficult however, the breathtaking views of the Dingle Peninsula are worth the effort.

Stop at the Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium and see the distinctive gentoo penguin. A white-striped head and bright orange beak distinguish this species of penguin from others. See exotic fish and fearsome sharks. Learn how the aquarium is committed to restoring endangered Irish and international marine life.

Spend some time at Inch Beach, located about a 30-minute drive from the centre of Dingle. This beach stretches about 3 miles (5 kilometres) long and is considered one of the most beautiful in Ireland. Relax on the sand, swim and learn to surf at this stunning coastal treasure.

Back in Dingle, wander along lively Strand Street and enjoy a pint of Guinness in a cosy Irish pub. Stay in a guesthouse or old inn.
