Sean was a wonderful host. Our first trip to Ireland and our first stop. The BnB was quaint and nestled in off the road. Sean greeted us with a smile and for welcome. Our room was He recommended a local restaurant that first night and it didn’t disappoint. The next morning, the breakfast prepared for us was hardy and great a true Irish breakfast.

House is filled with personal information that comes along with a cozy cottage atmosphere. Shane’s recommendations for the must see’s and how to’s maximized our day to be “the best one yet”. Breakfast was delicious, prompt and hot. Thank you again to our wonderful host, Irish hospitality was fully evident from check in to check out .

I can’t say enough good about this place. Our host was wonderful and kind and welcoming. It was just far enough away that you didn’t feel like you were sitting in a busy tourist destination. We came back to clean room every day went out. Wonderful day would stay again.

Sean was a wonderful host and the 300 year old Farmhouse is beautiful. Rooms were comfortable is size and the en suite bathroom was larger than the previous 2 BnB's. The only drawback is that your about 11 KM from Killarney on N22.

This property is a lovely old farmhouse that is nicely renovated to be a comfortable B&B. Shawn the owner is so kind, personable and helpful. We were 2 couples staying and we each had a clean comfortable room with an attached bathroom. There was a comfortable sitting area downstairs and the breakfast room was decorated nicely. Shawn was helpful in supplying utensils for us to have a dessert that we brought. He also came up and fixed our TV. Breakfast was delicious and made to order by his mother Shiela. We had a lovely time for our 1 night stay.

We had a great stay here, only for one night, but were made to feel very welcome and were glad we booked here. Set in an old farmhouse, the location was both beautiful and convenient, and our host recommended a great restaurant/pub up the road for dinner. We slept very soundly and were greeted by a hearty breakfast the following morning to start our day. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! The caretaker was so nice and helpful. It was a little warm while we were there but they provided a fan and that really helped. The breakfast was delicious and the setting was beautiful! Loved it!!!

Salmon Leap was a delightful place to spend a night. Just outside of Killarney, we appreciated the homey atmosphere in this very old Irish home. I was a pleasure to visit with our host. We had a delightful breakfast and used Salmon Leap as our launch point for driving the Ring of Kerry. We would stay there again.
