"This is our second time staying at Sam's cabin and everything was wonderful. The house was perfect for 2 couples and 4 teenagers. We love Lake Hiwassee, the Bear Paw Community and the people at Mountainview Marina. We spent Labor Day weekend on the lake and it was beautiful- clear water and not crowded like other lakes. Great vacation, I highly recommend this place."

"The place was great...so relaxing. I had a little problem getting in, but Wilma was right there and helped me. She is a wonderful host. I loved the porch, being able to just sit and relax. It rained for 1 whole day while I was there. I loved it...listening to the rain, watching the leaves fall. I live in FL, but from OH...so I made a pot of chili, put on my comfy pj's and enjoyed the cool air!"
