Sleeps up to 6, 1 King, 2 twins trundle, 1 queen (Futon) Lake Front water access Hot Tub, Grill, Patio, Pavilion, &Fire pit Clean & well stocked This property has secluded private waterfront home with seasonal lake access, a floating dock, & a hot tub in the NC Smoky Mountains. The Lake & Dock is typically accessible from Memorial Day-Labor Day. Water levels vary in April-May & September - October, check with the TVA. Public & Private launches will have water access year round. Our Fontana A Frame is very private and nestled in dense foliage, with glass windows to view the lake & changing seasons. The beds are located in the loft area over the kitchen which has a king bed & twin trundle. The downstairs has a futon that can be adjusted for extra sleeping accommodations, internet based TV, a full kitchen, bathroom, & laundry room, HOT TUB, Patio, Pavilion, & Dock.
