"The hotel staff were beyond friendly and helpful. If you needed anything the team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The cleaning staff were consistently cleaning and making sure the property was presentable. Breakfast in the hotel seating area in the morning got very loud (opt to sit outside if you want more quiet just understand pigeons in Curacao are a thing lol) The shops in the hotel and the Rif Fort are conveniently a few steps or a short walk away from the hotel. The Queen Emma bridge is very close to the hotel so in short everything was in relative easy walking distance for us."

"The hallways and common areas were very cold. Too cold to be comfortable. Spa staff for the most part was great except for the nail tech. She was 20 minutes late. Not friendly at all and rushed me through my service."

"Need more chairs at the beach. Hard to get chairs and numerous ones had broken shades. Evening activities were limited. Dj and casino . Junkanoo was nice to see. The Fish restaurant was disappointing. Ordered the avocado salad and bass fish - both way too salty!!! Macaroni and zucchini soup was tasteless!!! Ended up having to get pizza!! Beautiful resort just get ready for Tons of walking and money for everything! "

"There was a cockroach crawling in our hotel room. I also saw another one near the entrance of the hotel upon leaving. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I am worried about the hygiene and cleanliness of this place."

"Front desk agent weren’t friendly or inviting. Our room was above the Main Street and we had 3 night of no sleep because we could hear motorcycles, cars, people, trucks, you name it. Gym was unequipped. The levent restaurant was the only thing we enjoyed. The staff was incredible there. "
