"We loved the Royal and everything included service room, comfy bed, etc. the only thing we had trouble with was our phone in the room and no one came to fix it and our door needed new weather stripping as when anyone closed their door in the hall the vacuum effect vibrated our door which sounded like someone was knocking on ours. The marine life was awesome especially the endangered saw tooth sharks!!! The food was amazing a bit expensive but we knew that coming in. Many people advised us they since you added 15% automatically the service was not good we found that absolutely not true every e worked hard for the extra 5%. Would definitely return."

Everyone was kind and helpful here, the grounds on the property are immaculate. We are really happy with our stay here and will be coming back. The architecture here is amazing, it is easy to get between properties and the shuttle drivers are kind. The come every 5 minutes , there is no waiting around. The activities are endless here.
