Location was fantastic and beautiful classic hotel with helpful staff. The pool/garden arrangement is odd and dated (and costs €30 a day if not included) not being able to access the promenade directly from the hotel was frustrating - a huge missed opportunity for them not to open all that up as restaurant/bar - I would flip the pool to the terrace! Anyway it was good and would go again

We were warmly greeted by the Chateau staff who were extremely pleasant and courteous. The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! The grounds were well manicured and blooming beautifully at this time of the year. I highly recommend a romantic weekend getaway for two using the spa facilities if ever in the area!

We were only staying overnight as we travelled to family in Switzerland. The hotel is well appointed, self parking available and a beautiful view. The complimentary water in the fridge was appreciated.
Breakfast was of a good standard and the staff were all very helpful and efficient

Hotel Victoria is around a 3 minute walk from Glion station (cog train from Montreux train station which takes around 12 mins). Stunning views from our lakeside room. Room 3 has an interconnecting door to Room 2 and is not particularly well soundproofed. Due to health issues with our neighbour, little sleep was had on the first night. However, staff were able to move us to a different room for our second night which was appreciated. Hotel and restaurant were full on Christmas Eve. I was...

Really nice hotel in a great location, don't fool yourself into thinking you can walk there with you case from the station though - It's not far but it's a massive hill. The staff throughout could not be more helpful and friendly, they really make the stay. The only thing is that it is very expensive, breakfast is CHF40 and diner at any of the hotel's restaurants is very expensive (but also very nice!!). There are plenty of good alternatives within an easy walk though. I would highly recommend...

Upon arrival at the hotel the reception staff were welcoming and this made for a lovely entrance to our break away. The team members were wonderfully helpful throughout our stay and really strived to make us have a special experience within the hotel.
The restaurant staff were equally good and really went the extra mile to make our time eating very special.

I booked the Royal Savoy to celebrate both my birthday and wedding anniversary. The hotel has recently had a major refurbishment after being closed for 5 years. The style is nouveau chic with the standard of service in the hotel being excellent. The staff are very attentive but not overly so. The room we had was a deluxe, which is the entry level, but given the prices was what we could afford. That said it was very comfortable with walk in shower, ipad controlled audio, and the standard you...

We spent a truly relaxing weekend based at l'Auberge de la Gare, having travelled by rail from Geneva via Lausanne; the Auberge is a stone's throw from the station yet not disturbed by passing trains at all. The views are mesmerising, the auberge charming and homely yet with all modern comforts; it's popular with locals, who call in for a drink or a snack, and I imagine that a meal or drink in the sun on the terrace would be sheer heaven after a busy day.
