This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. We will definetely be back.

One of the better options in Leysin. The fully-staffed front desk was a deal-maker- check in from 3pm-11pm. I'd almost booked another place until I noticed the rules for check-in on most nearby lodging is only between 4pm-6pm. The staff here is great and on site most of day. Good pool & great view. The buffet restaurant is very convenient (not many options in town) but there's better food nearby. Very happy with my stay.

レストランも最高！！

夕食だけ追加でつけました。シャレー風な素敵なレストランで、食事も全て美味しかったです。特にカツレツとローストビーフと肉の煮込み！デザートも数種類あって、こどもも大満足でした。プール、サウナ、ジャグジーもとても良かった。ぜひまた行きたいです！！！次は朝食もつけて、レセプション横のバーやビリヤードもして、ホテルを堪能したいです。レザンへスキーにいきましたが、とても近くて移動も簡単でした。部屋の照明があまりに少なくて、暗かったのだけが気になりましたが、wifi も強いです！

Mauvaise gestion: 1) etape: check in: on nous annonce une pennurie de serviette de douche, car l hotel est complet 2) chambre: a l'entrée odeur de chaussures et chaussttes selon nous a la moquette non profondément nettoyee 3) manque de gestion et de considération par la gerante du restaurant : file d'attente enorme, 3 a 4 min d'absence pour venir lire le certificat covid, explication donnée : je nai pas assez de personnel pour lire en continu le certificat covid 4) restaurant sale 5)CHIPS périmés dans ke distributeur nis a disposition a l'entrée de l'hôtel, 6 sep 2021, notre sejour le 20 septembre 2021 6) personnel non accueillant,nin souriant

Globalement l'hôtel est satisfaisant. Le seul point négatif est qu'on a tenté de m'obliger de porter des gants pour aller déjeuner, 4 personnes sont venus me parler ensemble pour m'obliger à porter ces gants de ménage en argumentant les obligations liées au covid-19, on m'a même aboyé dessus, je trouve intolérable d'avoir de pareils agissements. A la réception, la personne m'a bien assuré que c'était une recommandation et pas une obligation.
