"I’m not sure how this hotel got excellent reviews because it is far from excellent and is quite over priced for the state of condition it is in. The bathroom was in a sorry state with mildew all around the tub and shower area and sink area. I think the problem is more in the building construction and then the management or owners can’t afford to keep up with maintenance. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to come down from water damage very with mold. I also killed a cockroach...

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed, offering a calm and relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. The infinity pool was a real highlight — a lovely place to unwind with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of options and high-quality food, and the hotel also offers a great choice of meals throughout the day. Everything was fresh, well presented, and consistently delicious. Overall, Sun & Moon Riverside offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality.
