The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "Breakfast was delicious"

"Ivy at the front desk was lovely and very helpful, including letting me know there is a $10 discount for the breakers entry if tickets were bought at the hotel. The room was clean and quite large. The breakfast Saturday morning was mostly breaded products. I am celiac, but I don’t anticipate accommodation for that so not an issue. I would highly recommend staying here. There may be some stairs involved in making your way to your room so maybe pack a little lighter."

"Very close to Newport, well maintained property. Staff was pleasant ; did not have a chance to use the pool; breakfast offered a variety of options; all day coffee and tea options, as well as a water machine. Did not like the coffee so I opted for black tea instead. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice to hear the cricket, it had a soothing effect. I will definitely stay there again when in the area."
