"Good hotel with excellent breakfast options. The gym is quite small, but the pool, sauna, and steam facilities are very good. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. We had a small issue at check-in, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and resolved it quickly. The room had a few minor faults, but nothing that would downgrade the overall experience. Overall, a good hotel and worth staying at."

"Didn't know that the room had a safety box inside a cupboard until the last day of checkout. There was no mention on the hotel description so never bothered to look when we check in. We booked the luxury family studio with two bathrooms. Everything about the room was exceptional. The only drawback is the limited front desk. "
