There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food. The Sky Lounge rooftop bar was another highlight — very tastefully decorated, with amazing city views, especially at night. The hotel feels new and very well maintained. Our twin room was spacious, with beds closer to three-quarter size, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The heating throughout the building was excellent, which was especially welcome at this time of year. The toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash — were also good quality, which added a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
