"The hotel was new, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with choices of croissants, breads, cold cuts, eggs and sausages, cereal, sliced and whole fruits. Different coffees were available and you can do it yourself from the machine. There were also juices and water.
Staff was friendly but didn’t always know the time of services at the church.
Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room had old, poor-quality furniture. The layout was terrible; there were no drawers for storing clothes at all. The television was the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it and would never return."

"This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Mostar. It is located in the middle of everything and yet it has privacy and you are not surrounded by tourists.
Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to halo you Most importantly the food is amazing!!
