The staff were exceptional. Friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The location is outstanding. Just steps away from the old town of Mostar, with views and surroundings that you can hardly believe until you see them in person. Beautiful view from our room, which was clean and spacious; we had a suite type of room with the living room separated from the bedroom. We didn't get to try the ice cream, but it is a very nice touch. Bed is very comfortable. The host is super nice. If you arrive by car, it's a little bit tricky since it is a cobblestone pedestrian street in which the pension has a special permit, but you can go ahead and drive slowly through it. Small parking spots, but I found it very manageable; still if you have difficulties, host is always willing to help. The staff( it's a family) are some of the nicest people you will encounter. They are all very friendly and most helpful.
